High Protein Chia Pudding
You probably already know I love chia pudding, but in efforts to increase my protein intake at breakfast- I had to get a bit creative! I finally figured out a way to give my recipe a protein upgrade! Hemp hearts and a clean, high-quality protein powder give it the perfect boost… and it’s been a game changer- it makes it so creamy and delicious too!
Ingredients
1/4 cup chia seeds
2 tbsp hemp hearts
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Cinnamon
1 1/2 cup water or almond milk
Method
- Mix all ingredients together in a container. Let it sit for five minutes and mix again. 
- Cover and leave it in the fridge overnight or for 4 hours. 
- This makes 2 servings so add half to a bowl or glass and add your fave toppings! Now you have breakfast for the next day too! 
This is a great high protein plant-based breakfast option that will keep you full and full of energy! Also makes a great balanced snack!
